
Women’s Bootcamp at Legends MMA is a high-energy program that combines Kickboxing and HIIT (high intensity interval training) bootcamp styles to help women get stronger, more confident and in shape fast! Now you can train at the same time as your little one! Our Tiny Tots class (ages 4 to 6) runs simultaneously right next door – so you can stay active and fit while they train and have fun. No more waiting on the benches, join the action together!
Half the class focuses on kickboxing fundamentals, teaching effective striking, movement, and defense techniques that can be used for real-world self-defence. You’ll learn proper body positioning, powerful punches, kicks and defensive skills suitable for beginners and experienced participants.
The other half of the class features bootcamp training, combining intense bursts of cardio with strength exercises to maximize fat burn, tone muscles, and accelerate results. This style is proven to help with weight loss, muscle definition, and full-body conditioning.
Led by Sensei Billy, the classes are ideal for women looking to get back in shape, stay active, or push their fitness to the next level.
